RISE Association Management 8.5

The Rise Owner and Board App offers a mobile-friendly solution for interfacing with your professionally managed property association. This application consolidates essential functions such as payment processing, account management, and property-related information into a single platform.

For users with existing credentials from the association's website, logging into the Rise App is straightforward using the same email address and password. If you do not possess a current login, simply click the registration button and provide the requested information.

Upon approval of your registration, an email will be sent containing a link to establish your password, allowing you to access your account via the app. Should you forget your password, you can utilize the Forgot Password link, submit your email address to initiate a password reset, and receive a similar email with reset instructions.

Once logged in, property owners are granted direct access to several key features:

• Easily switch between accounts for multiple properties
• Owner Dashboard
• Access association documents
• View association directories
• Examine association photos
• Utilize the Contact Us page
• Pay assessments
• Address deed restriction matters—allowing users to add comments and upload images directly from their mobile devices
• Submit architectural requests with options for pictures and attachments
• View the owner ledger
• Submit work orders and check the status of open work orders, including comments and mobile uploads

Board members benefit from additional functionalities:

• Board tasks management
• Architectural Submission Review (ACC)

• Review of deed violations
